Prepare the Potatoes

Wash the red potatoes thoroughly under cold water to remove any dirt. Pat them dry with a kitchen towel. Then, cut the potatoes into bite-sized pieces, ensuring they are relatively uniform in size. This allows them to cook evenly.

Check for Doneness

To check if the potatoes are done, pierce them with a fork. They should be tender on the inside but crispy on the outside. If they're not done yet, you can continue roasting them for a few more minutes, keeping an eye on them to prevent burning.
