Step 1 

Gather all your ingredients and ensure that your blender is clean and ready for use.

Peel the ripe banana and break it into smaller chunks

Add the frozen mixed berries, banana chunks, protein powder, milk, Greek yogurt (if using), and sweetener (if using) into the blender.

If you prefer a thicker smoothie, you can also add a handful of ice cubes at this stage.

Secure the lid of the blender tightly.

Blend the ingredients on high speed until the mixture is smooth and creamy. This usually takes about 1-2 minutes, depending on the power of your blender.

Once the smoothie reaches your desired consistency, taste it and adjust the sweetness if necessary by adding more honey or maple syrup.
