1. Gather Your Ingredients 

Limoncello liqueur, vodka, lemon juice, optional simple syrup, ice, lemon twist for garnish.

2. Chill Your Martini Glass 

Place your martini glass in the freezer for a few minutes to chill it. A cold glass will keep your cocktail colder longer.

3. Prepare Your Ingredients 

Measure out 2 parts Limoncello and 1 part vodka into a cocktail shaker. For example, if you're making one drink, you might use 2 ounces of Limoncello and 1 ounce of vodka.

4. Add Fresh Lemon Juice 

Squeeze the juice of half a lemon into the shaker. This will add a bright, fresh citrus flavor to your martini.

5. Optional: Add Simple Syrup 

If you prefer your martini a bit sweeter, you can add a splash of simple syrup to the shaker. This is optional and depends on your taste preferences.

6. Shake Well 

Fill the shaker with ice cubes, then seal it tightly. Shake vigorously for about 15-20 seconds to thoroughly chill the ingredients and mix them together.

7. Strain Into Your Chilled Glass 

Remove your chilled martini glass from the freezer and strain the contents of the shaker into it. Use a cocktail strainer to catch any ice or pulp from the lemon.

8. Garnish and Serve 

Garnish your Limoncello Martini with a twist or slice of lemon. This adds a decorative touch and enhances the citrus aroma. Serve immediately and enjoy your refreshing cocktail!
