1. Gather Ingredients

Collect all the necessary ingredients. You'll need oat flour, eggs, milk (or a milk alternative), baking powder, salt, sweetener (like sugar or honey), and any additional flavorings or toppings you desire (such as vanilla extract, cinnamon, berries, or chocolate chips).

4. Combine Wet and Dry Ingredients

Pour the wet ingredients into the bowl with the dry ingredients. Use a spatula or whisk to gently mix everything together until just combined. Be careful not to overmix, as this can lead to tough pancakes.

5. Preheat Pan

Place a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat and allow it to preheat for a few minutes. You can test if it's hot enough by sprinkling a few drops of water onto the surface – they should sizzle and evaporate quickly.

6. Grease Pan

Depending on the non-stickiness of your pan, you may need to lightly grease it with butter, oil, or cooking spray to prevent the pancakes from sticking.

7. Cook Pancakes

Once the pan is hot, use a ladle or measuring cup to pour the pancake batter onto the skillet, forming circles of your desired size. Cook until bubbles begin to form on the surface of the pancakes and the edges look set, usually around 2-3 minutes.

8. Flip and Finish Cooking

Carefully flip the pancakes with a spatula and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes on the other side, or until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from the pan and repeat with the remaining batter. Serve warm with your favorite toppings and enjoy!
