Roasted Asparagus + Three Cheese Pizza

1. Preheat the oven  

Start by preheating your oven to the temperature specified on the pizza dough package, typically around 425°F (220°C).

2. Prepare the asparagus  

Wash the asparagus spears and trim off the tough ends. You can either leave them whole or cut them into smaller pieces, depending on your preference.

3. Season the asparagus 

Toss the asparagus with olive oil, salt, and pepper in a bowl until evenly coated. You can also add minced garlic or other seasonings for extra flavor if desired.

4. Roast the asparagus 

Spread the seasoned asparagus out on a baking sheet in a single layer. Roast in the preheated oven for about 10-15 minutes, or until the asparagus is tender and slightly caramelized.

5. Prepare the pizza dough 

While the asparagus is roasting, roll out your pizza dough on a lightly floured surface to your desired thickness. Transfer the rolled-out dough to a pizza stone or baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

6. Add toppings  

Spread a layer of your favorite pizza sauce over the rolled-out dough, leaving a small border around the edges. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce, followed by crumbled feta cheese and grated Parmesan cheese.

7. Add the roasted asparagus 

Once the asparagus is done roasting, remove it from the oven and evenly distribute it over the cheese-topped pizza dough.

8. Bake the pizza 

Place the assembled pizza in the preheated oven and bake for about 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly. Remove the pizza from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
