Step 1 

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9x13 inch baking dish with cooking spray or butter to prevent sticking.

Cook your choice of breakfast meat, such as sausage or bacon, in a skillet over medium heat until it's browned and cooked through. Drain any excess grease.

In a large mixing bowl, beat together 8 eggs, 1 cup of milk, salt, and pepper until well combined. You can also add in other seasonings or spices like garlic powder or paprika for extra flavor.

Spread a layer of frozen tater tots evenly on the bottom of the greased baking dish.

Sprinkle the cooked breakfast meat evenly over the layer of tater tots.

Pour the egg mixture evenly over the tater tots and breakfast meat, ensuring that everything is evenly coated.

Sprinkle shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or your favorite cheese blend) over the top of the casserole.

Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, or until the eggs are set and the cheese is melted and bubbly. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
